This SaaSAudit Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to the use of any product, service or website provided by us (“SaaSAudit”), whether we provide it directly or use another party to provide it to you (each, a “Service”). This AUP is designed to ensure compliance with the laws and regulations that apply to the Service. This AUP also protects the interests of all of our customers, as well as our goodwill and reputation. We cannot provide the Service unless you agree to them. (k) to decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Service;
(l) to use the Service as part of any effort to compete with us or otherwise use the Service and/or the Content for any revenue-generating endeavor or commercial enterprise;
(m) to infringe a third party’s intellectual property right(s);
(n) to delete the copyright or other proprietary rights notice from any Content;
(o) to impersonate or attempt to impersonate SaaSAudit, a SaaSAudit employee, another user, or any other person or entity (including, without limitation, by using email addresses associated with any of the foregoing);
(p) to disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm, in our opinion, us and/or the Service;
(q) to use the Service in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations;
(r) to upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) viruses, Trojan horses, or other material, spamming, that interferes with any party's uninterrupted use and enjoyment of the Service or modifies, impairs, disrupts, alters, or interferes with the use, features, functions, operation, or maintenance of the Service;
(s) to upload or transmit files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another person’s computer;
(t) to harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any of our employees or agents engaged in providing any portion of the Service to you;
(u) to use, launch, develop, or distribute any automated system, including without limitation, any spider, robot, cheat utility, scraper, or offline reader that accesses the Service, or use or launch any unauthorized script or other software;
(v) to lease, distribute, license, sell or otherwise commercially exploit the Service or make the Service available to a third party other than as contemplated in your subscription to the Service;
(w) to use the Service for timesharing or service bureau purposes or otherwise for the benefit of a third party;
(x) to provide to third parties access to the Service without our prior written consent.
Organizations or individuals who promote, encourage, or facilitate hate speech, violence, discrimination, either through their own content or through distribution of user generated content, are prohibited from using the Service, regardless of whether the Service is used specifically for the prohibited activities. Violation of these standards may result in termination of your use of the Service.
